I'll start with the good, this hotel has incredible views and breakfast was decent. Other than the views, the facility is severely lacking. The WIFI was the worst I have ever experienced at a hotel. The location is not convenient to any outside dining options and the hotels restaurant is mediocre yet expensive. This would be a nice wedding venue, if outside catering is an option. I loved this region of Italy, but cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great experience at the hotel! Breakfast, Lunch and dinner were tasty along with an exceptional staff. In addition, the taxi services to and from the hotel were very timely. Highly reccommended to anyone traveling to Amalfi Coast.

Hotel does not have working pool. They should inform guest before their arrival. They say shuttle is provided every 5 mins. Waited 30min and shuttle did not come. View from room is towards a wall. And room is nothing special. Would not come again. Does not feel like 5 star hotel.

Great accommodations, beautiful balcony with ocean view. The pool was very clean and a little chilly but it did feel good on the hot relaxing days.
It would have been nice if they had some preset tours for the guests but the staff was very helpful in finding things to do and getting transportation.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Everything was perfect. The place is stunning, the stuff kind and helpful. Very clean and peaceful spaces. Food good like in a dream! Our staying was better than we thought! It's a real 5 star hotel.

Our stay was excellent! The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived until we checked out. Francisco went out of his way to provide recommendations for restaurants and directions to sights he thought we might like to see. The accommodations were first class and the view was second to none! Thanks to the entIre staff for making our stay the best in Italy!

We left the Raito hotel yesterday as the second stop on our honeymoon tour through Italy. I chose this hotel because of the location and view from the rooms. First impression was that it was everything advertised and a very friendly atmosphere. However, the food is double to triple the price and not as good as what can be found at Vietra Sul Mare so I suggest taking advantage of the shuttles that run every few hours to the town below. Even more so, I suggest renting a scooter on your own and not from the company the hotel set us up with (Rent2Ride in Salerno). WE WERE VICIOUSLY SCAMMED. Not only did the scooter company NOT return the €300 deposit but charged an additional €300 to our card. This left us €600 in the hole and we have yet to be able to get the money back. We were also unable to pay our room service tab because of the scammers but thanks to Luigi at the front desk, we were able to make our train to Rome and call back with a card to cover the costs once other funds were accessed. If not for the overpriced food and not knowing whether the hotel was in cahoots with the scooter company, I would have given them a 5 star review. The view is beautiful but please don't rent a scooter through the hotel or eat anything other than the free breakfast.

Fantastic Hotel. Views are beyond decription. Food is extraordinary. Service is equal to the best we have ever experienced. Next time in Italy we will definately return.
