As an English speaker with very rough Italian language skills, this hotel was amazing. The front desk staff were extremely helpful in finding things to do in the area as well as providing restaurant recommendations. They excused my poor Italian and they all spoke excellent English.
Only 4 stars because the restaurant and pool were lacking. Restaurant is pretty expensive for not great food. Avoid it and go to the pizza place across the street or go into the city center. (There’s also a great pizza place about 2km down the street towards city center.)response / report this review -

Convenient location with superb free parking. Usual Novotel rooms but perhaps the cleaners could do a better job. Breakfast wasn't worth itrude staff and rather poor selection of low quality products not up to the usual Novotel standard. Reception staff were super efficient and friendly. Overall a great choice for a stop over in the area.

Very nice, clean modern rooms and great atmosphere and staff are excellent. Restaurant has limited menu and very expensive, pool is very small and local area is run down and empty. Defo bring/rent a car

Nice clean, family friendly hotel with outdoor swimming pool and play area. Buffet breakfast is reasonable. Free underground parking. Situated about 15-20 minutes drive from Salerno town centre.
