  Stylish hotel, but our Standard Room looked to a crappy wall. The breakfast is okay, not more. Usage of the Spa costs extra. We were a little disappointed. Okay for one or two nights, not more.

  I had two great dinners here. The menu is always different because they use only the freshest products.
  The restaurant is tiny but very cozy and quiet, with a nice vista of Palazzo Steri. The waiters were adorable and always available.
  The spa is also good, very nice and clean.

  Personale molto professionale e gentile. Sono stata lì per la spa con le amiche.. a parte qualche problema, ma subito risolto, riguardante la temperatura dell'acqua, l'esperienza lì è stata molto bella e rilassante.

  Ho soggiornato con mia moglie in questo fantastico hotel purtroppo per solo una notte, ma la prossima faremo sicuramente qualche giorno in più.
  Elegante, ben arredato e facile da raggiungere. Ti dà l'idea di soggiornare in un hotel di lusso spendendo una cifra ragionevole. Molto bella ed accogliente anche la zona wellness.
  Personale cortese e disponibile.

  The location is perfect for exploring Palermo's old city centre. Our room was beautiful and spacious with a fantastic bed. Breakfast was good and the staff very nice.
