The hotel is close to the centre. For exploring Palemo an ideal place. If we will come again to Palermo certainly we will stay again here.

Excellent hotel, extremely conveniently located (the airport bus stop is steps away). Five minute walk from a great gym, half an hour walk to several major attractions and the central train/bus station. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Note: yes, the outside of the hotel is under renovation as of this posting, but if you want to see Palermo, you should be doing that from outside the hotel anyway! Highly recommended, would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel room is spacious but bathroom is dated. There seems to be some mold growing from the a/c vent but.. but it is in a good location

Good location in the middle of square, everything on the doorstep. Good customer service and friendly staff. Hotel is quite dated tho with mis match furniture.

Chosen blind at the last minute. 5 stars for the money you paid. Clean, renovated, decent bed and extra space in the room. At the main road on the down town. Close to everything, do not think twice, comfortable even for the people with a lot experience on traveling. Any age. Be careful and make sure to have a mean to show the staff that your breakfast is included or not. NO NICE PEOPLE down stairs.

Great location next to the Piazza Politeama. Close to lots of transport stops. Good walking distance to most of the tourists spots. We had a junior suite which was a good size and very clean. Hotel well decorated and tidy. Good selection of breakfast in the morning.
