Flour was dirty, breakfast was cheep and they didn't refill so often. Internet breaks all the time. Does not deserve 4 stars

Probably the worst frontdesk man ever, is in this hotel. The guy with beard and glasses that was attending people Friday 27th of October in the afternoon must be fired; So rude, arrogant and disrespectful, I almost change hotels right in that second if it wasn’t because of full ocupation in Palermothis MUST be addresed ASAP. Besides that, the hotel is fine for its price of 130 euros a nightdefinetely a 3 star hotel. Rooms are big, but with no balcony. Breakfast is ok. Didn’t dine there so I can’t tell you about this.

Staff were disinterested and not helpful. Rooms were poorly laid out. Cleanliness of rooms not great. Breakfast was poor. Only thing in it's favour is the central location. Pray the aircon works if it doesn't they won't bother trying to fix it.

This hotel is very centrally located with many many restaurant choices within a 5 minute walk. After a long day of touring it was nice to have a great dinner out and a short walk back to bed. Very clean rooms and very quick service.

Really good hotel with big and comfortable rooms. This hotel is in the city centre and it's close to the thinks you want to see in Palermo. There is good Wi-Fi inside.
