Great location. Rooms smallish.

This was truly the worst hospitality experience. We had an unfortunate scenario with the taxi driver while arriving to the hotel, and the police had to be called. The receptionist was there during all of this and instead of aiding the paying guests, she automatically sided with the taxi driver. When asked to provide the phone numbers to the consulates she was sluggish and took forever. The situation escalated to such degree that we did not feel safe staying in the hotel, primarily due to the incomprehensible actions of this lady. To top it all off the rooms were run down and in need of maintenance, overall cleanliness was subpar as the whole hotel looked really outdated. With this being compunded with the damaging behavior by the receptionist and other staff, I would rather burn in hell than return to Palazzo Ognissanti.

Great location, just a 10 minute walk from the train station. Nice clean room. Very helpful and accommodating staff.

Rooms are small but located in city. Places of sightseeing are at walkable distance, good staff.

Great location, breakfast buffet is good it does have some good choices. The beds are really comfortable, towels are nice and soft, also have towel warming rack. It's really close to almost everything in Florence, withing walking distance from the river and most attractions.
