The cleanliness of the rooms were great, breakfast was a help all though a bit of the same thing everyday. I did find the rooms to be very small for two people with baggage. The staff was helpful but only to a certain degree, if you need a cheaper place to stay with a clean but very small accommodation this is a good choice. 2 🌟 only because I was surprised about the room size, it would be great if they where more upfront about this because there are plenty of hotels around the area with the same price point.

Rooms were okay but the walls were not soundproof so could hear a lot of noise coming from other rooms. Did not get a refund.

Lovely location, lovely hotel except the showers the water flow is great but some cubicles are too small to turn round in, wash your hair etc

Amazing hotel. Completely renewed. All the details are amazing. On my review photos you can see a room, the reception, the restaurant, hallway, meeting room and more. Hotel is 100% clean and nice. Definitely a must when looking for a hotel in Firenze!!! I hope to come back in the near future. Excellent for friends, family and couples.

Entrance at Number 20! Don't get shocked, it's still open. Nice and comfortable-small hotel, quiet rooms, breakfast included. Get free WiFi at the reception, fast and stable all around the hotel.

Hotel is very clean. Staff is friendly. Super close to everything. The only issue is that the shower is tiny.

Very good location. It is 5 minutes away from Firenze SML station and 8 minutes away drom Duomo. Breakfast was very impressive. The only thing I did not like about this hotel is a size of room. It is very tinybut overall this is a great place for its price and location.

Companion hotel to Garibaldi Blu (entry is through the Garibaldi's lobby, which it shares). Tidy rooms, incredibly small bathrooms (along with a phone booth sized elevator that runs a little slowly), but perfectly fine for a few nights' stay. Great location, right on Piazza Santa Maria Novella, and just a short walk to many of Florence's treasures.

It is very close to the Firenze novella station and Santa Maria del fiore. But the room we booked was very small. The hall way was so so so long.
