Caserta è sempre bella,soprattutto per la Raggia,ben collegata con tutti i mezzi di trasporto. Camere accoglienti ed il servizio è stato buono.

We stayed overnight on our way from the South of Sicily to Netherlands. A very basic room with a queen size (foldable) iron bed that was as hard as a prison cod. Very bad for your back. An old dusty carpet on the floor and heating that could not be turned low. Fortunately the window could be opened. Good bathroom. Coffee and tea. They said that this was French hotel room concept. I didnot sleep at all. We profited from last minute booking and paid only 79 euro’s but if you make a normal booking prices are 200,= an unacceptable offer that is not in relation to the provided room and service. We didnot have breakfast due to driving schedule.

Friendly team and nice location but there is a reason for its cheap price. This is the worst Novotel I ever stayed. Outdate infrastructure and poor breakfast, a representation of the poorly managed Caserta region.

Unwelcoming staff. Beds too soft. Air conditioning so loud makes it hard to sleep.
