The employees were good, but i was supposed to stay there for 2 nights after ryanair cancelled my flight - the hotel took responsibility for us, but it appeared that they couldnt accomodate us and they were going to kick us out on the next morning (because of excuses, excuses). They also kept us waiting for a while before we get a confirmation for our situation.

The place is clean but very out dated. It needs a lot of work. WIFI weak. No air conditioning.
The air conditioning in the room was not working. However it did work in the reception area. The a/c did not work in the rooms probably because they were not renovated. My major problem is that the staff did not even try to resolve the problem. They just brushed me off. Poor customer service.
It seems to have been an old Crown Plaza and recently purchased. The lobby and exterior was redone.
I would not stay at this place again.response / report this review -

-The hotel service is not educated enough to respond to emails!
-The doors are not safe enough, they are often unlocked, cheap door security system,
-The wlan is horrible
