We had reserved an upgraded room but got a room that looked like a bunker. Dark, cold and filled with mosquitos. The man that worked in the reception just laught at us when we tried to solve this misunderstanding by speaking to him. Terrible service overall and hidden costs for things that should be included, such as coffee for breakfast. My shoes also got stolen by the pool, on the area of the hotel. The private beach that belongs to the hotel lies about 100 meter from the hotel were you have to walk by a very trafficked road to get there. Although the beach was described as private there was never room for us since the locals had found a perfect spot were they didn't have to pay for placing there belongings, like in the public beaches. We tried to talk to the reception, but they ignored us like they did on the rest of the trip. We will never return to this hotel and they ruined our first trip as a couple.

Si trova in un posto strategico vicino alle fermate dell'autobus. A piedi si raggiunge il porto e centro di Casamicciola. Il vantaggio è la propria spiaggia con musica relax e il bar. Le camere sono ok. Solo la doccia non è da 4 stelle le ante sono vecchiotte. Piccola piscina e giardino fiorito. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Vicino ci sono 4 ristoranti e pizzerie: quella dell'albergo, trizz , la cambusa e il vicoletto.

Piacevole il posto che affaccia su un angolo ameno della spiaggia ischitana, cortese il personale..buona la prima colazione.mediocre la cucinala scarsa igienizzazione del giardino favorisce la proliferazione di insetti infestantipeccato..le potenzialità del posto sono infinite.bene,comunque,nel complesso
