Very filthy furnitures are covered in dust, there are more than few spiderwebs above on the ceiling and lights, the air-conditioner was not cleaned enough that made me feel pretty sure there is a lot of molds inside and they’re flying out of the machine as we use it, I thought at least the room I stayed was not worth the price

We arrived and first impressions are good. However, we were told they need a scan our passports and they will be ready when we come back down. We didn't like this and said we would wait, but they were addamant we should get them later. Strange.
The room was small and wasn't representative of what we had booked. There were loads of hairs over the bed, the thermostat was stuck at 24 degrees C and the bathroom smelled.
I wouldn't stay here again and I would recommend it to others. The price, accommodation and facilities might just be in keeping with what to expect in Rome City Centre. But I don't think it deserves the 4* left by other guests.response / report this review -

We were overall very happy with this charming and lovely hotel. The complementary breakfast was delicious with many great choices. Another highlight is the rooftop deck/bar. My husband, stepsons and I spent a lot of time up there following long days walking this fabulous city. The very clean room was a bit on the small side, but I didn't travel that far to hang out in the room. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful, the front desk ( except for two kind females), not so much. Two blocks from Termini Station, close to coffee shop and many pizza places. I hope to return one day.

A really good Hotel worthy of more than 3 stars.
Our room was clean tidy and a good size. The bathroom recently renovated, was very modern, towels changed daily.
The hotel staff were efficient and helpful.
Breakfasts were good with plenty of choice
The roof bar is well worth a visit with views over Rome.
Position brilliant also for the bus station, underground & train station.
Many good local restaurants a few minutes walk away.response / report this review -

Amazing hotel with great staff. It is very conveniently located near the main Rome terminal station from where you can get access to various public transport n airport train. The rooms were amazing including the delicious breakfast. Overall I would definitely recommend this place since the staff is very friendly, helpful and kind.

This is the very first time to leave comment here. The staff here showed Tremendously BAD attitude to customer who stay for 2nights. They turned light off from the system in my room, intentionally. And they're way to say is so oppressive & domineering.

Loved the location, staff was great, breakfast included. Great seating area downstairs and a computer center. The rooftop restaurant has great views of the city with gorgeous sunsets. Parking was always available in front of the hotel even though we are traveling in the very peak of the season. Would definitely go back again!
