Delicious included breakfast! Convenient location close to public transport, convenient amenities such as the local smart phone that can used while exploring, all with an exceptionally affordable price!

The rooms are small but lovely. The bed is adjustable and has massage too. The shower is the size of a phone booth, hard to get into but great water pressure. The staff is great, friendly and knowledgeable. The very best feature of this hotel was the "Handy phone" an IPhone in your room to use as you wish. Maps, free international phone calls, even coupons.

Loved this place, few minutes walk from Termini station, Spacious rooms, massaging bed, Breakfast was delicious and waitress super friendly. They give you a cell phone with data for local searches and calls wish the smartphone was fast.
The reason for 3 stars is because on our first night, they had a blackout for more than 3 hours in the evening around 7pm. The front desk was unapologetic and didn't even offer water to waiting guests in the lobby and breakfast area where there was electricity. There was no rush to get the electrician in who showed up 2.5 hours later and fixed the problem in 15 minutes.response / report this review -

Great customer service. Strong A.C.! Adjustable beds. Free smart phone GPS to use while staying there! 16 min walk to Trevi Fountain area. 5 min walk to Roma termini train station.

We enjoyed our stay in the Hotel in May 2017. The hotel was right next to the terminus, making public transport easy, the staff were helpful, the room was clean and the morning breakfast buffet offered many choices. But the most gratifying feature was the free smart phone for calls back to US and local calls so that we could make theatre and restaurant reservations on the go.

We stayed at the hotel last week and it was brilliant. The staff were all friendly and helpful; being able to leave our luggage as we had a few hours before our flight was great. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily to a very high standard. Breakfast is good and there is plenty of choice. The free mobile phone was incredibly helpful when navigating around Rome and the suggestions for places to visit from the desk staff were spot on. Location of the hotel is brilliant as all of the main attractions are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I'm still staying at the hotel. It is nice so far. The staff is very polite and accommodating. A hot breakfast is included and there's a nice roof top deck/patio to look out at the skyline and drink some vino.

Great position, a few hundred meters from Termini station.
Good selection for breakfast and tasty. Room 502 was comfortable, but unfortunately could not get the air-conditioning to work, even after reporting to the front desk.

Booked last minute because of a bad stay at Hotel Virginia (avoid). Staff was very welcoming. hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast was quite good for a hotel breakfast. Good central location. Also had baggage storage service which was convenient.

Good value for money. Clean room and friendly service in a very convenient location - short walk to the train station and major sights. Vibrating massage beds made this a very unique experience! Breakfast buffet was basic but quite ample. They also helped us with some gluten free options.
