People taking care are very good, friendly, professional, hard working. But hotel itself past its live span. I had mould on the ceiling, furniture falling apart, bed with shape of thousands of backs printed in. Little reconstruction can shift this to the top. Hotel is in 5-30 minutes walking distance to any Roman whatever like coloseum, Spanish stairs even Vatican.

Small rooms and itchy beds, very thin sound isolation (as in u could hear ur neighbors everyday talk). Tiny bathrooms. But the clientele was very polite and helpful and location was good

Breakfast needs improvement -only sugar is being served unfortunately. And a little more expensive compared to what is offered. Location is good but you have to walk more than 30min to reach the hotel for down town. I wouldn't easily recommend this hotel for future visitors.

Cheap but don't except an exceptional hotel. Just correct. Breakfast not crazy, shower really small and bad isolation. But the situation is good and the price correct.

We just arrived in Rome yesterday after a long journey from Texas. When we walked into our room the smell of cigarette smoke smacked us in the face. It was saturating the room. The bathroom smelled even worse. The shower was so small you could not bend over to wash your feet. The bed was like a trampoline and the blankets were also saturated with smoke smell. I booked another hotel right down the street for double the price. The management offered another room, but were not willing to allow me to recuperate any of the cost. We were there for an hour and paid 700 euros. I gladly ate the cost to not ruin our 10 day trip with these accommodations.

Great hotel especially since it`s right in the historic center. Only five minutes away from public transport, but walking to the centre of Rome is also great because that way you can pass the souvenire stores. I`ve been in this hotel for ten days. Breakfast is great, but i do admit its mainly sweet things. The coffee is fantastic! Rooms are clean and if you`re also traveling alone your room will be seen as big. At night the stench from the sewers comes back up the toilet tho, so that sucks.

We stayed for 3 nights at the Hotel Embassy Roma. First reaction was how small the rooms were. Felt claustrophobic. The place needs to be updated. It looks like its hasnt been updated in a few decades. The bathroom was very tight and when you flushed the toilet, the water kept going and going and going
The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice people. The hotel is near the train station and near the sights.response / report this review -

It is exactly as advertised so I can't complain. The room is not tiny but a decent size considering its amazing location with most tourist attractions within walking distance. Breakfast is limited but enough to get you started. I would definitely stay here again
