The staff was very kind, they helped us a lot without even asking for help. The room was clean and the hotel was very close to the main point of the public transport of Rome.

The hotel is clean and staff are very helpful. It close to the main train and bus station. Close to the hop on and hop off buses.

Dirty room and bathroom. Found hair in bed, pillows were dirty with hair coming out off the pillow case. Bathroom was disgusting, dirty floors, grubby hair dryer. I had to buy bleach because the smell was horrendous. Great location though.

Small and a little dirty bathroom. Air conditioning switched off middle of the night so I wake up wet and sweat. Breakfast is disaster. Few crossaints some bread and juice taste like pineapple mixed with toilet cleaner. Breakfast rooms very small. Payment must be done on check in so no one escape earlier after see the conditions. No Wi-fi.

Great location, friendly staff and a nice, clean room. Would recommend!!

The hotel is located very close to the terminal which allows easy access to the metro and transfers by train. Many of the main attractions are also nearby, so it is just as easy to walk. Also very close to a variety of different restaurants and cafés for an easy bite to eat.

There was free wifi in the lobby, that can sometimes be accessed from the room. But it is also close to many wifi spots from the nearby mcdonalds and other restaurants with hotspots. So if you are ever in desperate need for wifi it is easily accessed.
The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. Any concerns were responded to immediately and professionally.

The room was a decent size and cleaned daily unless asked otherwise. The bathroom was always clean and there were never any issues with it. Air conditioning was free, as was the safety deposit box and even a free fridge to keep your water nice and cool. Also comes with a ceiling fan for those days when you need a quicker cool down. A total of three plug outlets in the room as well.

We went on a bed and breakfast basis. Only had breakfast the once, but this didn't bother us. The breakfast could have been better, with minimal selection. But a good coffee or tea in the morning is all we needed.

Bag storage was available when checking out, which we were thankful for as the room must be left at 10:30am. Looked very secure. The check out itself was very easy and the staff were helpful in offering to book transfers to the airport.

Great value for money! Would definitely return to this hotel were we to visit Rome again. And would certainly recommend it to a friend. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

For me 2 stars. For a day or two you may be fine especially if alone may also depend on the room. My room it was very narrow, Breakfast poor little. Staff and waiters are distracted.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND
I was at that hotel in 2016 but he shows like in the Middle Ages.
It was the worst hotel i ever been.It was a horrible stay.
That room not have even 2 stars.Not have hot whater to make a sower.It was cold outside and when we claim to have heat they say that is possible only from 12P.M. to 4 A.M.
So we slept and woke up in cold.I have a flue because of this
And the lady from the reception-who was also patron- it was malicious
She treat us like the last people because we asked for oure right

WORST HOTEL EVER!!! There's dust all over our room, patches to cover the multiples holes in the walls, bad smells in the hallways, freaky elevator and I could go on and on for hours!! DO NOT EVER GO THERE IM WARNING YOU!!

I don't know how this gets rated as a three-star hotel, but pay more and stay somewhere else.

Pros: low price, helpful and friendly staff, easy access to Metro and buses, good breakfast.
Cons: stained curtains, torn wallpaper, broken window shutters, particle board furniture falling apart, uncomfortable metal beds with springs (like at summer camp), mold all over the bathrooms.
