I am traveling alone , and I have been staying in different hotels and always satisfied with the rooms..alone yet , the rooms are always normal size. This hotel put me in a very, very very tiny room like a closet and the bed size Is like a bunk bed, really small , and there is a hole on the floor that they just cover with carpet and it's really disturbing..heater is not working, according to the front receptionist, they are waiting for the city of Rome permit or approval which is stranged..too cold at night timeoh when you take a shower..the temperature of the water goes to hot, then cold, then hot then cold, front desk says cause other guests are showering..i don't know if that reason will fly..i asked to be transferred to another room , which they approved on the 2nd daystill no heat, room still very ,very small..at least no hole on the floor in this 2nd room.on the positive side, the employees are great.but I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Horrible experience.the water would change temperature every few seconds to either freezing or boiling hot while taking shower.management said a plumber will fix it..3 night of nightmare..stay away

The bed is very uncomfortable. Its very hard. Its like laying on the floor. The TV in my room does not have a clear picture. The shower door dosent close and the water temperature goes from ok to scalding then too cold. Room is is small. Its very difficult for two people with large suitcases. There is no place to put the suitcase. The decor is outdated. The only good thing I can say is that the room was clean.

Wifi signal in room (next to garden) beyond awful. Bad room location if you need wifi to work.

I wouldn't be staying here again. Hotel is dated. When we walked into the room it smelled like intense chemicals from their cleaning products. We've opened ask the windows, and an hour later it started smelling like sewer, the smell was coming from the shower.
Breakfast was pretty bad, cheap, high in carbs, the worst coffee you can find in Italy.
Location was OK. Close to the train and metro stations. Not many good restaurants around though.

The room was clean but this hotel has clearly seen better days. It looks like it used to be very nice but is now succumbed to age. The breakfast is alright, but not really worth the extra charge as you can find much better near by. The location is about half an hour walking distance from any main tourist attractions but only a stone's throw from the termini train station, making transfers to and from the hotel simple.

There are no minibars in the rooms so no refrigerator (I tend to be one who uses the fridge to store things that are coming home with me or snacks or water).

All in all our experience was fine, but nothing more than that.
