  Outdated furniture, dirty and smelly bathroom and housekeeping opens doors without knocking. Price on website does not include local tax of 6€ per person per day. Great location as close to Termini station and 30min walk to must sites. Breakfast although limited tasty.but clearly for people of limited budget.

  this hotel was very cheap, but so was the service. the staff was very friendly but my room was quite small so i don't understand how exactly was it 4 stars hotel. also, we were informed only upon arrival and check in that we will pay additional 6e per person per day for the city tax (no prob, but why was it not denoted earlier). i would it give it 4 stars maybe but this way i felt tricked a bit however if you're travelling on a low budget this is a very decent choice.

  Unfriendly staff,
  Cold water in shower,
  Very dirty rooms,: stains on walls and carpets
  NO WIFI IN ROOMS, ONLY IN THE LOBBY,
  Very basic simple breakfast

  Nice hotel not that far from the center of Rome. The rooms need updating but reasonable size and the balcony was great. Also nice breakfast room.
