First time visitors to Sant'Agnello and we cannot fault this hotel. Room was clean and well furnished, pool and sun-terrace was great, and the food is of the highest quality with good choices available for both breakfast and dinner. Above all the staff are really genuinely friendly and polite, yet laid back enough to have a good laugh with. When, not if, we go back to Italy we will DEFINITELY be booking in at Majestic Palace!

Staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. They all had a real sense of pride in the hotel and in their jobs and wanted guests to have the very best experience.

The hotel and grounds are wonderful and the staff saw to our every need. The hotel is off the main thoroughfare but within walking distance of Sorrento centre and St Agnello railway station for those who like to step out on their own.

A lovely hotel with great staff. We were made to feel so welcome and at home in this hotel. Food was good and plentiful, the pool beautiful, and the deckchairs around the pool and on the sun terrace on the 2nd floor were super for getting that tan. There was nothing that seemed too much trouble for the staff, all friendly and so down to earth. A very quiet area and so close to the sea made for a very relaxing holiday. I will certainly be back again to this hotel. Excellent.
