Reception staff were extremely friendly, assisting us with any enquiries we had. The location of the hotel was perfect for Sorrento, I would recommend paying more for a sea view if possible because it's a great view.

The room and the hotel were spotless and very well maintained. The cleaning staff even left chocolates and a note with the next days weather forecast which was a really nice addition.

The pool was a decent size, however as we were there later in the year it was very cold, especially due to being fully in shade until about 2pm.

The terrace restaurant's food and service was exceptional, however the poolside bar's food was not great, and certainly not worth the money paid for.

This is a beautifully presented hotel with very friendly staff who cant do enough to help you. My room room had a sea view and balcony and overlooked a small piazza. A short walk into sorrento with a wide selection of restaurants. A lovely hotel in a great location.

Great location, exceptional free breakfast. Staff is amazing. Rooms aren't large but the bathroom are. Would stay here again.

The staff is very kind, the food is great, clean rooms, best service we ever got, also from Marco the hotel manager. The room is big and we got lots of bath accessories, clean towels, baby carriage and help in everything we needed. Great location, amazing view also from the 5th floor. Close to the sea, special exit, close to the center. Just perfect!

What a JOKE! Me and my boyfriend came here to celebrate our anniversary and instead of getting a room with a double bed like we booked we received two single beds attached to look like two bed. We paid A LOT of money for our stay and we expected better than this. Also, the room is very small so don't expect much. To make things worst, we bought a bottle of wine and decided to drink it at the lobby (not at the Hotel's bar since we didn't bought there) however we were told we can't drink it there (why?!?). Especially for the price you pay, I would have expect better treatment.

Parma was nice, staff were great .. if you walk up the steps on the left of the building you can catch a top view of the ocean!!

A wonderful and inviting hotel near everything we wanted to see and do in Sorrento. A quick walk to the marina gave us the opportunity for a day trip to Capri and there are a zillion stores and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast included in the price of the room was phenomenal and the staff was incredibly personable and helpful. You won't go wrong staying here!
