Some rooms on the first floor are small and have a view of the back of the pool kitchen. Poor if you like to sit on the balcony. Hotel staff were brilliant however they couldn't or wouldn't find us another roroomyTainted the experience of Sorrento.

Mediterraneo is really the place where to be. I definitely love it. Thank you to the management (Sergio, Pietro, Francesco), all the staff for the hospitality and care about the guests. Want always back.

A wonderful smooth check in. Sea view room was amazing and had what we needed. Clean and fresh. Vesuvio restaurant food fantastic with great views. Pool/White bar great and served by Arturo and Salvatore who were exceptional. The pool restaurant was great food. Pool area kept clean and tidy, a nice area to relax. Shuttle bus to Sorrento was free but we chose to walk 15-20 mins. A great spot to be close to Sorrento but also away from the buzz when you wanted quiet. Shame the Sky bar was not open while we were there. Oh well i suppose we will just have to go again.

We have just returned from a wonderful trip to Sorrento. The hotel was lovely and staff very attentive. We had a sea view and after watching the sun go down headed for the White Bar and happy hour which was very well done. Dinner at the hotel was extremely good with a good selection of wines, all at a reasonable price given the service and the view. Our room was lovely and really clean, big bathroom and great view. We really enjoyed the pool and the free shuttle bus to Sorrento. We left feeling pampered and relaxed and would be happy to return any time.
