  Hello all,
  Hope this helps! My family and I were on our way to the hotel and we realized how bad the walk was, but we didn't let that disappoint us. We expected a 4-star lobby but barely got a 3-star lobby. Then we arrive in our rooms. We got three rooms because all 5 of us would not fit into one room. We got a superior room and a triple room when I get settled in my children come to my rooms extremely disappointed as their room is very very dirty. I follow them to the room and they show me how dirty the room is. My younger son (15) opened the seat cover of the toilet and found pubic hair, remains of someone's poop, and stains all over the bathroom faucet. Extremely disgusted, he went to check how clean the sheets were. Then he found at least 5 stains on the sheets. Then looked into the coffee kettle, we see dust inside the coffee kettle. Then we called the front desk. All she said is I'm sorry she will have the staff clean the room and offered a small water. I was infuriated. The owner would only offer 2 nights out of the 3 in a better room. When the owner of the hotel said the two options are a room with a view or with a hot tub. My kids chose the hot tub then the owner said they don't have it. Are you kidding me? I would recommend Hotel Mamela a hotel next door. Everyone I saw wanted to be thought it was 4-star hotel walking in then got disappointed upon arrival. Sorry no pictures of stains on the sheets forgot to take pictures! WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!

  Capri di giorno è.meravilgiosa!!!!Capri di notte.MAGICA!!!!Se poi alloggi in un hotel che si chiama La Floridiana è.magnifica!Eravamo già stati un pò di tempo fa e ci siamo tornati con varie novità: la piscina e sala, ristorante, hall etc ristrutturati . L'ambiente è subito accogliente, il personale gentile e disponibile!!!Appena arrivati ci hanno fatto anche un regalo: sebbene avessimo prenotato una camera vista giardino ci hanno voluto offrire una camera vista mare e che camera!!!!C'era di tutto..Anche la colazione molto curata nei dettagli e con una vista ..UNICA!!!!da non sottovalutare la posizione: a 100metri dalla famosa via le Camerelle (il ristorante con il nome omonimoun pò caro ma gustoso e raffinato!!) puoi raggiungere facimente i punti importanti di Capri.Lo consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono vivere bene questa magnifica isola!!!!

  Hotel bellissimoa pochi passi dal meraviglioso belvedere di Punta Tragarada dove si possono ammirare i Faraglioni✌👌e vicinissimo a Via Camerelle e alla famosissima "Piazzetta"🔝🔝🔝

  Very clean, wonderful staff, breakfast had many choices (including gluten free), eco friendly options in the room in regards to toiletries provides, and location plus view were perfetto

  This place has horrible customer service. In North America it would be a 1 star. Some rooms are dated from 1960. Total joke.

  Location, Location, Location. Beautiful Room, great views & and an excellent breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the rates affordable especially given the great location. It couldn't have been more perfect.
