3 minute walk to train/subway/bus station. Nice room, high ceilings make it cool and spacious. Staff was great. Free breakfast wasn't spectacular, but there was something for everyone. The internet wifi was free, but not up to the task of uploading a whole day's worth of tourist pictures. (But that's been my experience in almost every hotel in Europe.) All in all, I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

It is a convenient hotel that is at walking distance from the train station. Neat and convenient at an acceptable price. Nothing special yet nothing to complain about if you care more about visiting Rome than the hotel where you sleep for a few hours

Very helpful and friendly staff. Our initial room wages a small shower and when asked if we could change, they were very accommodating. Hotel is about 3 minute walk to termini station, which has great links for bus, metro and train. Would stay here again

This hotel is just a few blocks from Rome's central station. Overall it is a nice clean hotel with accomodating staff. They have an open terrace for meals which is also nice. Only complaint is the bed is rock hard.

The staff was friendly but we didn`t like that they offered us taxi from the airport for 65 euros (on the phone) when you get the ride for 48 euros with the public white taxi. We luckily found out about that at the airport. On the return trip we asked the reception to order a white taxi, still they ordered a black one for 50 euros. They did not ask if we were comfortable with it. At least they could have been honest and told us that we had to call for the white taxi ourselves. Another thing: We were not getting room service during our stay because of staff shortage. Room service didn`t answer the phone so I had to call reception to get to know. We were greeted in an excelent way when we came, but these two events were not good.

The facility is so old that it shouldn't be ranked as a 4 star hotel especially the bathroom.
The staff is impatient and none of them has smiles on the face. The bell boy even sighed and showed exhausted right in front of the guests. The location is very close to the train station indeed but nothing else is positive.

I was transferred here from another hotel where my reservation was not honored because of an oversight and mistake in their booking system. It's pretty close to the train station so that's positive. However, we were given a smoking room without asking us and my wife was up all night sneezing with a headache.
