This hotel is located center if the four main main in the city. Very convenience, it's a charming boutique hotel, but the room is very small, never has enough air conditioning.

Excellent location. At intersection of two main mainly pedestrian streets with clean rooms and working Wi-Fi it makes you feel comfortable. The pressure in the shower is rather weak but if youre patient youll get clean eventually.

Grt service: friendly, helpful, responsive to email . and gave us the surprise of a fab room upgrade never before been offered a "Diplomatic Suite". Food and views from roof top restaurant both a delight, with good Slow Food menu and reasonable wine list. Good wifi too! Thank you to all staff especially. Reception. Caution: practically impossible to park at hotel due to pedestrian area but hotel has parking nearby.

Free wifi available. Best condition is a good location . yummy breakfast from 7am. Gym is 9am to 11pm(too small and old)

Lovely historic hotel in a charming area of Palermo in Sicily. The staff is very attentive and the dinner restaurant is exceptional.

Pros: Centrally location allows access to main sites easily. Within walking reach from train station
Cons: Dated rooms which look like a 1960's motel. You still need to leave the key at the lobby. Mini fridge not working. Few elevators working. No breakfast included (available for €12)

A pretty nice hotel. It is a bit difficult to get by car there, since sometimes the street is closed for cars.

The building is really beautiful, but our room was very old, I opened the windows and couldn't close them again because they were stuck, it was very noisy the whole night. The bathroom tiles were cracked and the shower looked dirty.
