Great hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Really good for staying in Palermo. It is located outside the centre but u can reach it in 15m walk. Definitely I would go back.

Went for our anniversary, paid extra to stay in the room with the terrace overlooking the church (in all the photos) but unfortunately, when we arrived there was building work going on directly outside the room so we could not use the terrace. We were not informed or offered a different room, on the first day we arrived late and the building work stopped within an hour but the following morning we were woken at 7am by banging & drilling. We complained to the manager who apologised but when we suggested that we were not happy paying the extra, all of a sudden he was unable to do anything and would have to contact the owner who was not around. Checked a couple of times that day, still no owner. We were checking out the next morning, when we came to reception another lady was working. She had not been told of the problem, was very embarrassed but could not do anything either. Again the owner was 'unavailable'. Have chased this up but no response from owner or manager. Very disappointed - happy to take your money but not to deal with any problems.
