Rooms are very small. The only place to gather, the lobby is uncomfortable modern style. Staff is great. Food is good.

Standard tourist and business hotel. The central location is quite convenient and the staff are helpful and friendly. The buffet and breakfast room are adequate and the rooms are fine. Overall, a reliable standard choice.

This hotel is really ok except two things breakfast room lacks of space when hotel is full and there is NO IRON at all available. I understand Italian law about that but you can make iron available to guests by simply having it at the reception. This is 4* and I don't understand how business clients can use this hotel while not being able to iron the clothes.

My parents stayed at the hotel last week. They were there for emergency reasons (injury to my father on cruise ship, requiring debarkation) - the hotel staff was exceedingly polite, empathetic, helpful, responsive and gracious. Their support came at a tough time for my Dad and family, and we are very grateful.

Nice clean place for couples. The rooms and bathrooms are always cleaned and towels replaced and it seems they change the sheets and pillow cases everyday too. However, the wall seem thin as I can hear the flushing and showering either next door or above! But no talking it possible that I have quiet sensible neighbors which is a good thing. The beds and pillows are on the hard side ( I normally get back ache on bad beds but I didn't here so I guess that's a plus). Nevertheless, breakfast come with the package and it was wonderful, from the traditional Sicilian to usual continental; you can even order a boiled egg if you want. Staff are always smiling and friendly. A nice clean modern place.
