I had a fall and broke my leg, prior to checking in. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Made a bad experience manageable. Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that the entrance is difficult to get to especially on crutches, and it is not handicap accessible. I wold stay again wi h two good legs.

Nel centro di Napoli. Informale, elegante, immerso nel mood della città . È una villa che è stata ben ristrutturata ed adattata allo scopo ricettivo. Consigliato a chi preferisce un ambiente più rilassato rispetto agli hotel business Un ringraziamento particolare a Roberta che dalla reception ci ha reso il soggiorno più facile in ogni dettaglio.

Constant noise from heavy doors banging repeatedly, repeatedly, repeatedly, enough to shake to windows in the room, and marathon bouts of pressure washing lasting 2 plus hours at a time. The courtyard is pretty enough and the pool looks inviting if it was warmer and the noise wasn't such a factor. The noise is a huge detractor and if you want a bit of peace and quiet you can forget it.

Good hotel : good situation in the historical center, hotel " de charme"..but, no tissues in the bathroom, very bad installation of mixing cold/hot water in the bathroom..and insufficient water pressure.. Internet does'nt work in the rooms.and the crew don't care about your problems..it's a pity to see a good ship without a captain !..this kind of hotel trade MUST be profesional.To be or not to be.that is the reason for more ambition !.
