From Central station we had a quick but bumpy walk (cobble stones) with our suitcases to the hotel. It was a refreshing surprise to see this freshly painted and clean building after passing some ordinary looking hotels. The decor is plush and fresh Service is excellent and the rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommend!!

Don't let the area fool you! The hotel is beautiful inside and the rooftop gives a beautiful view. Clean rooms and good customer service!

A lot of the reviews mentioned that this hotel was in a sketchy neighbourhood, but having stayed there I didn't feel unsafe, no worse than areas in NYC really. Yes, lots of graffiti everywhere, but there's a lot of that all around Naples.
The main reason we chose it was due to it being so central and we could get to the train station pretty quickly so that we could go to Pompeii.
The room we had was plenty large enough, the only snag was that we did have to open the windows to cool it down occasionally as it got rather warm, even in early February!
We had breakfast upstairs and there was a good buffet selection of warm and hot items. Lots of choices of pastries - yum.
The hotel staff were pleasant. Overall, this was a good hotel to stay at and very central.response / report this review -

Stayed there 4 nights this year, July 2017. The hotel is ideally situated, 2 min from the Train & Metro station and 20 min away from the airport. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Full breakfast is available with a wide variety of fresh fruits, pastry and cakes. The staff at the reception (all of them without exception) are very friendly, polite and extremely helpful with directions, tips and recommendations.

Great location in the heart of Naples (although the neighborhood was quite sketchy in the evening) and great staff. Everyone was so friendly and talkative. The rooftop is fantastic and so was the view. Our room was beautiful. We only stayed for one night but it was great!

Nice place, the room was very comfortable.Near the station and metro. In the morning there is a very particular street market with a lot of things like shoes or dress. at chip price.( Garibaldi ) There are a lot of Church too and the begin of Via Tribunali.

The hotel itself is pretty nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are clean and modern. The area, however, is horrible. Extremely dirty, loud, smelly, full of traffic, etc. If you must go to Naples near the Central station, this is a lovely hotel. Otherwise, stay in another city.

Near the Garibaldi station, and the immediate neighborhood looks pretty unsafe. Nonetheless, the hotel is pleasant and modern. Breakfast has warm baked goods and a coffee machine. Service and staff are quite abrupt.
