Had an awesome stay at the Hotel Chiaia during tour of Italy in May 2016. The management met our every need. Got on a first name basis with the Property Manager. Planning to return in a couple of months. Can you tell me his first name I cannot recall.
    Thanks

The hotel is cosy, classy and comfortable. The only downside is its positioning relative to the street. This not only makes the hotel itself a bit tricky to find at night, it also provides a poor view from the room windows and sometimes a bit of noise.

Rooms are small and the layout is a little inconvenient, but that is to be expected in central Naples. Other than that it is a lovely hotel and conveniently located near to everything we wanted to see.

Lovely quiet hotel in an excellent location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast was lovely.

The Hotel Chiaja is located on a busy pedestrian street. As such, it closes it's large doors during siesta. The rooms are on the first floor, with a tiny elevator or stairs to get up there. The rooms vary in amenities and views, with some being in a former brothel (the named ones). Our room seemed to be in the latest acquisition area (and was farthest from the lobby) and overlooked a busy street scene but was large and had a whirlpool bath. The wifi works in the lobby area only. Breakfast was good, but crowded.
