Good hotel with a nice view from the balcony. The room itself is a bit basic - but clean. The manager was helpful and got us towels for the beach, ordered taxis, got an extra day of parking etc

Although the hotel is situated on the top 2 floors of this building I would recommend anyone to stay here. The hotel is cleaned daily and has a maid to clean the rooms every morning.
Breakfast Buffett tables are put out in the morning filled with fresh fruit, cereals, toast, eggs, yoghurt and cakes.
Situated in piaza de sorrento. It has shuttle, bus and train services all within 5mins walk.response / report this review -

Siamo stati l'anno scorso in estate l'albergo è molto comodo vicino alla spiaggia e nell'occasione abbiamo potuto anche prendere l'aliscafo per andare a Capri. Hanno prezzo convenzionato anche con lo stabilimento balneare. Sono vicino a ristoranti, personale molto amichevole e colazione abbondante. Vista mozzafiato sul Nostro Golfo di Napoli. Personale meraviglioso e cordiale.Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

I visited the hotel cosmomare in July 2016 on a school trip only one week after my 14th birthday. I was highly dissapointed with some of my experience in the five days I was there. To start I did not recieve a password for the wifi until the third day despite many people on the trip asking several times. We also found that we were not being served the same breakfast as the rest of the hotel guests to which a member of staff replied we did not take priority over other guests. Lastly when we arrived my shared hotel room was not ready for another hour and a half, to which me and the two others sharing the room with me resorted to having a shower in another room in order to be ready in time for a previously booked meal ,once we were let into the room it smelled of damp and this did not change despite having the doors open. On a lighter note there was one nice member of staff. My one star is for enjoying myself is for the company i kept and our rooms were cleaned everyday.

Its really bad, I got a hotel room with broken lock on the doors, unflushable toilet and a broken air conditioner. The wifi requires several tries to get connected and the hotel rooms looks nothing like the image provided! Not all rooms get a nice view. Even if this is only a 3 stat hotel, some motel even provided these amenties, I strongly believe the rating of this hotel should be changed. The reception did not do a good job of solving our problems on the unflushable toilet (giving us a bucket) If you do not want to experience all these Don't book this hotel.
