Fabulous hotel, some staff so helpful reception not too friendly. Area excellent, breakfast enjoyable also good evening meals restaurant staff very nice and polite . Would go back again we stayed 8 days.

Helpful staff. Nicely appointed rooms. Provided mobile phone phone was a life saver! Convenient location to Termini station. My favorite place to stay in Rome.

Beautiful hotel. We had problems with our original accommodation so we spent all night walking from place to place and we ended up here the staff was very nice and welcoming and took us in at 12am at night it wasn't any extra charge and the free buffet breakfast was amazing as well. Very nice fresh foosld and i would definitely stay longer in this hotel if i could.

The room is pretty big for a European room. The bed is comfy, shower is big and there's a tub, which is great. The breakfast is goodand has a great selection of items. Front desk has many comfort items available for free, like slippers, robes. They also provide a smart phone that can be used for calls and GPS for use throughout the city. This is an awesome feature!

Just perfect! 10 minutes from the Coliseum, excellent service, 5€ buffet breakfast very complete and delicious. Rooms very comfortable and spacious. Price wise more than fair. I recommend it 100%

Very good hotel. Very convenient. Right next to Manzoni station which was great for touring. Friendly staff and filling breakfast.

I had a lovely stay at the Best Western Hotel President in Rome. I was here celebrating my grandma's 75th birthday and it was a lovely trip. The hotel is very close to the Colosseum and quite central in Rome. We had a few problems with the actual card scanner by our room door but it was fixed quite quickly. All in all it'saa lovely hotel!

I was traveling alone and booked here last minute and absolutely loved staying here. Staff were nice and helpful. The rooms were modern and clean. Loved the double shower heads - especially after a long day. Breakfast was really good with a large variety of items. They also had what looked like a special area for kids to eat so a good hotel to stay while traveling with kids too. Definitely staying here if I visit Rome again.
