  Basic hotel, service and breakfast are okay. Location is out of the center, but only a 10 minutes walk from the metro.

  Nice Hotel. The Breakfast was Everyday the same but same tasty. The WiFi Works all the Time and the rooms where cleaned Everyday.

  Hotel was clean and staff helpful. We were visiting Rome with friends that lived near hotel. Convenient to several restaurants and bars.

  They had a very good morning breakfast and all of the rooms were very nice, and they WiFi was fast in the lobby. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who needs it.

  We had a really enjoyable stay at the ARS. There are several lovely sun terraces and a comfortable library/seating area. The room was clean and spacious and had a bath.

  Went on vacation with my girls, the place was clean and the front desk staff were really nice. Had a hiccup with one of the kitchen staff, apart from that the place was nice and quiet. Wifi was not reliable

  Nice interior design, stylish furniture, quiet neighbourhood, good service. The crew is very helpful and efficient. Nice breakfast.
  An apects to improve is the quality of the WiFi service (it brakes down quite often).
