Incomparable location, this is in the middle of everything, Rome Opera House, Fontana Di Trevi, Altar della Patria, the roman colosseum, plaza España, etc Great attention by staff, very spacious and clean rooms! This is our second time staying in this hotel. Highly recommend!

Three stars because of its location and the friendly staff. The room I stayed needs freshening up (dirty walls - bad condition furniture) and better cleaning service (it's every three nights). Overall, a good experience!

Location and price is great. Breakfast is basic and the check-in was very slow, as the whole hotel seemed to be run by one guy, who was trying to be very helpful. The room is nice, although in a separate building to the reception. There are lifts, but they're very small and only fit four people max without luggage.

Very friendly staff, helpful.and attentive.
Rooms are a little basic but perfectly suited for a city break.
Very well priced and located in the Monti district, close to awesome local restaurants and only a 10-15 minute wall from the town centre.response / report this review -

Excellent location. Nice staff. Good price. Decent breakfast buffet. Nice room. Checkout, not so good. If you're in a hurry to catch a train o flight be prepared to wait or check out earlier than planned even if there's one party ahead of you. Only one person to do check-ins and checkouts and you can't pay in advance. Could be improve in this area.

I give this 2 stars because the location is good but the staff is awful!!! And they have Internet ONLY at the reception!!! The first night was cold and we didn't have enough blankets!

Centrally located. It was perfect for a one night stay. Not a charming image from the street side, neither from the staircase, but I had a very spacious room with a huge terrace and an incredible view of Rome's landscape.

Location is excellent but as far as everything else you're pretty much on your own with respect to getting any substantial suggestions for places to eat, etc. Also wifi suckedwe were there 2 nights and it worked for maybe an hour intermittently during that time

Every small thing was broke. The doorknob falls off. The shower head won't tighten in place so we have to squat to get under the shower head. The batteries in the remote were dead. It's like they don't care to look into the little things. The reception is 2-3 doors down in the street which was annoying to find when checking in.
