  I was interested in some Pandoras’ products. Unfortunately, the vendor who approached me had a terrible attitude and totally killed my hype to buy anything at all. Just one star because customer care is the most important thing to me.

  Beautiful products, innovative and very unique. Customer service was outstanding with very professional and qualified Ilaria. I was wonderfully surprised with her product knowledge, attentive and organised service .   Wonderful shop and great selection of beautiful jewelry. We decided to go to this shop specially for the Pandora charms and bracelets and indeed they have a huge selection of beautiful charms. The staffs are very welcome and customer oriented. They were very helpful and their advice help us to make the perfect selection.

  We were in Florence and stumbled upon this great luxury gift shop across the street from the Duomo. It was fun to shop there and the staff was extremely friendly. The proprietor, Maurizio, was fantastic to work with. We ended up doing most of our Christmas shopping and he helped us send our gifts to our friends and family in St. Louis. Make sure to visit.
