One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in, with breathtaking decor and an eye for detail. It has outstanding views and very helpful staff.
While across the water from major sites, they offer a convenient hotel water shuttle that runs frequently.
I would return and look forward to sharing the experience with others in my family. If you are anywhere in Italy, it's worth the trip to Venice just to stay here.response / report this review -

This hotel was incredible. The location is truly beautiful and sitting right on the water is such an incredible feeling in Venice. I loved every moment staying here and would definitely recommend it and if I return, I would definitely consider staying here again. The food was incredible for breakfast and the hotel arranged transportation which is actually a major way to save. The water taxis can add up quick but the hotel charges a one-time fee for unlimited use of their water taxi during the stay. Their concierge will book anything else you may need, which is also great. My only issue with this hotel was that the room we were in did not get any wifi connection which made it hard for me to get any work done or even look at anything on my down time. That being said, there's plenty to do in Venice so it wasn't a big deal, but something to know and consider. Also, the lounge for Diamond members is maybe the smallest one I have ever been to. We walked in and back out. Definitely wish that was a bit better as well. Otherwise, a great experience!

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Our service was great and our room was clean. I was a little hard to get to from the airport. You can take a water taxi from the airport for $15 dollars but the hotel is one of the last stops and it took almost 2 hours on the boat. The shuttle in the morning was super easy, it just doesn't run all day and all night so I would check on that when you get there.

Fantastic trip.. Highly Recommend!!! Stunning hotel, lovely staff, great service.. and I'm really fussy! Roof top pool, just €10 for stylish boat taxis for our entire stay! I could go on but all I will say is book this hotel, you won't regret it! Great job Hilton 👏 first class!

Welcome and reception
We felt so welcome from the stuff when arrived. From the lady that helped us with the checking to the guest relation manager we felt home and we could not have received a warmer welcome.
Room
We love our Deluxe room with view over the canal. A magnificent view and a super comfortable and new room with very interesting decoration. Lovely extra amenities for gold members.
Breakfast
Quantity but I did not feel the quality. Here is where the restaurant should improve.
Food
We tried only one of the hotel restaurant (the one that proposes the chic yeti). the food and the portion were great. We tried one pasta of the day with mushrooms and truffle and 1 fish fried for 2 and the portion was enough for 2 people. The service was average.response / report this review -

View was great facing the main city. Everything was comfortable and at least the room we got extremely spacious . All staff we interacted with were super polite and helpful. The hotel is a bit out of the main part of Venice which can be a good or a bad thing depending on your preferences but just something to note either way.

Luxury on the water, what more do you need. Everything is just a boat ride away and it's just beautiful.
The history of the building is amazing and massive too! Lots to see and do all possible on a quick getaway.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at. The building is iconic, the rooms are spacious and luxurious and the service is amazing. The Skybar on the roof of the hotel is definitely a must and the spa facilities can really make the day perfect. Would definitely recommend for a trip to explore the beautiful city of Venice

Priced. Fantastic help. Very little preoccupation for the guest transportation from ferroviaria or airport. They charge your steps. They major attraction the top terrace is closed most the time. Nice view , spacious, in and out the room, very expensive everything for no reason. Great view of the city of Venice across the water and many others good thing.
BUT light urine smell on the bath room and black colony of fungus on the bathtub corners. I have pictures upon request. Bad. !!response / report this review -

Location of the hotel is excellent. Offers its own shuttle service (boat) to the main island. Service is exceptional as you would expect. Breakfast and food are of high quality.
The rooftop bar is a highlight for Venice and worth a visit in any case.
The rooms are spacious but lived in. Clean but not polished. Compared to other Hilton's it is well in the mid field.
For me the price value ratio is not right. The offer is good but the price is high. Hilton offers easily better deals elsewhere, but for cheaper or a better product.response / report this review -

Good hotel, big. Breakfast is also good. Rooms are a bit old and need a renovation. Very nice roof top bar. Location is quiet but you need to take a boat across to the main island in Venice.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Offers its own shuttle service (boat) to the main island. Service is exceptional add you would expect. Breakfast and good are off high quality.

Close to activities without being in the middle of touristy spots. Water taxi service was right out the door during the day. Our hotel room had a great view of the canal. Local eateries were very good. Historical building was Interesting and well preserved. Breakfast was complete. Nothing bad to say about our experience.
