  My husband and I stayed here for one night while transiting from the Amalfi Coast to Rome. All of the staff was wonderful and the room had the most beautiful view and the best beds! Not in central Naples however it’s a cheap and quick train ride away. It’s very reasonably priced for a 5 star hotel.

  Second time in The Britannique Naples in four months and probably we will stay again this summer. Rooms are not huge but new, extremely clean and cozy and have everything you need(as well as the bathroom and shower which are exquisite). If you are lucky to get a room at the front you will have a magnificent view of the city. breakfast is rich and tasty. And above all the staff is amazing and try to do everything to help.
  If you learn how to use public transportation in Naples and and you love to investigate Naples alleys and stairs then The Britannique location is the place for you.
  Dinner is also great and the hotel chef is talented. For Foodies there is also two Michelin guide one star restaurants in a short walking distance,

  This is a beautiful hotel. The staff were always so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was incredible. There were SO many options. They were very accommodating and would provide anything we needed. Fineb was such a helpful person. She offered suggestions of what to see and checked to be sure that we always had everything that we needed.

  The Britannique Naples is an amazing hotel. It has recently been remodeled and it is stunning. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious! We had dinner and drinks in the bar which was also very good! I loved my visit at the Britannique.

  This the best of hotel in Naples, I tried several one around the Naples downtown and this in my opinion best place, location for business and pleasure stay in Naples. The all services reception, breakfast,room service and also car valllet is done with great personal. Go there it make every one feeling to be part of their family. Thanks Britanique team!!

  Very friendly hotel with fantastic views of the Bay of Naples. Only improvement would be a refreshment of the wallpaper. Antique furniture has great period feel. Nice breakfast buffet with fresh bread, fruit, etc. charming service. Front of house staff are very helpful and all speak English. Strong boxes available for valuables. Taxis outside front door, funicular nearby. Have stayed here 4 times and hope to do so again.

  Outdated, old and musty rooms. Location not the best. Bathroom has no water pressure for showering. Overall not impressed and would not book again.
