We loved staying here for our vacation in Naples. No complaints. A 5 star rating for a great 3 star hotel.

The location was good- near the University metro stop. Staff was attentive. The free breakfast was good. Air conditioning worked well. However, my bed wasn't comfortable, and I was only provided a thin sheet. Rooms are very automated (everything's controlled from a touchscreen wall panel), which is cool- until you try to sleep, and the LED lights keep the room bright. There also wasn't a curtain of any sort over the window, so when the sun rises, it gets bright. Good place for the price, if you're not sensitive to light- though I might spend a bit more next time to get a better night's sleep.

Echt een goed hotel voor een schappelijke prijs. De ligging is gunstig aan de rand van het historische centrum. Ontbijt is goed. Kamers worden perfect schoon gehouden. Personeel spreekt geen Engels.

Albergo comodo al centro e non troppo distante dalla stazione centrale. Personale cordiale e molto disponibile. Stanze grandi e pulite. Per chi avesse necessità di avere linea telefonica mobile è consigliabile richiedere una stanza ai piani alti. Consigliato.
