Food was great but our waitress who had bangs was so rude that it really ruined the whole experience. I dont know what her problem was but she was the only rude person i met in my entire time spent in this lovely country.

Adorable cafe with an adorable indoor/outside theme. You won't know what I mean unless you actually see it. There is limited seating. They serve great mimosas, and gourmet coffee drinks. We did not get breakfast, but wish we had. Everything that came out looked amazing! The prices were very reasonable especially with their portion sizes.

A great little bar/restaurant that was recommended by a local for the best fish. However, tonight was pizza night. We had a excellent very delicious sourdough pizza with thin crust. Very cozy atmosphere, very friendly waitress and great drinks. Near the harbour area. Don’t miss the ice cream shop next door. Highly recommend. Good for couples and family-friendly.

Cosy place with great unique open sandwiches menu during weekdays (weekends has different menu), huge and tasty. Awesome coffee.

We really loved finding this place. It was super inviting to our family of three. My ten year old immediately found something she wanted for brunch and the adults weren't far behind.
The bread - baked there - was awesome. I had the omelette and I really enjoyed it. I

We just stopped there for a drink in the lovely sun. one of the few places in reykjavik where you can sit outside and enjoy the sun (if you are lucky enough ;)). We didn't try the food but it looked very nice. If you go there at happy hour, the prices are fair.

Small, quaint café. Only had coffee. Prices are very good for downtown Reykjavik. Didn't have food but everything did look scrumptious. Lovely place. Must visit.

An excellent little bistro with a fixed menu and a legendary sourdough bread. Their menu sometimes changes and has themes (like pizza day). Mostly they serve wholesome and organic foods
