Great food and excellent service! Prices were also reasonable considering the portion size and food costs in Iceland.
An extremely delicious and superb hotel to be into, a must have experience for tourist to have a superb spread of buffet and A la carte menu.
Nice place to go if you’re really hungry and don’t mind the taste and service.
Make sure that you make your self perfectly understood when ordering. There seam to be a bit of a language barrier and the waiter misunderstood a very simple order of noodles with chicken and vegetable on the side and gave us vegetable noodles with no chicken.
The fish and chip that we also ordered was very oily and tasteless.
Wonderful place, food, and service. The staff are kind and they were able to make a dish vegetarian for me. Delicious and big portions, I can't fault it.
Thai noodle soup take away! Delicious. Made prawns, scallops, fish just what you would expect from this coastal town.
Slow service, waited 1 hour for food and staff needed reminding. When the food arrived the portion was small and overly salty. But in all fairness the presentation was better than average.
We were sent here for a meal by our airline because our flight was cancelled. In the face of perhaps 50 tired and frustrated passengers these guys performed a miracle. Within 20-30 minutes they put on a delicious buffet for us. The food was very fresh and tasty, but what stood out is just how resilient and kind the staff were despite the challenge. I would certainly recommend eating here if you happen to be in the area.
Family friendly restaurant. Great service and food came out fast. I would recommend the Pad Thai and Pad see ew Noodle.
Great Thai food, good portions, relatively reasonable prices (for Iceland at least).
We went on a Saturday night and it was busy. Sat down and within a few minutes our order was taken by the sole front line employee. 45 minutes later the food came out, but no silverware. After waiting a few minutes, went up to the front of the restaurant and was told by the one and only server that he was waiting for more silverware to be washed and rolled, and he would bring it out in a few minutes. 20 minutes later, still no silverware and by that time our plates were cold.
Went back up to the line server, asked him about the utensils and asked him politely to please reheat our meals. By that time I simply wanted to just leave, but my travel partner asked me to stay.
We were ignored the rest of the meal, and heard others complain about the lack of service.
In the end, turned out the food was passable, but not exceptional.
Went to pay the bill, mentioned politely that we were disappointed with the service and would prefer to see a modest reduction of the bill related to the refection of the bad service Waiter/cashier sincerely apologized, blaming his boss for not providing more help but he made no adjustments.
Everyone was polite, but I certainly would not go back, nor would I recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Perhaps this incident is a rare occurrence, but none the less, it happened.
Certainly won't be going back.
My mom with her soup as it was a chilly day (this is a small soup). My green curry was great. Fast service for a small town on our brief layover.
We shared one of the soup dishes and a satay with beer and wine and we thought the soup was delightful. Great complexity of flavors and service was great. Good find for the first weary night in Iceland.

This is a great place with great food. There is a good number of choices to make including fish, meat and all plates can be made vegetarian. Very friendly staff from Thailand, also keen on children's needs. Don't forget to eat fish cookies as a starter.
I was craving some spicy 🌶 food and stumbled upon this place on our way to the airport. Ordered from the menu as buffet food looked alright . Their fried rice and pad see ew is delicious 😋! Food came out really fast and was served fresh. I was just happy to eat fresh broccoli and cilantro after a week of hotdogs and burgers . Missed me star due to customer service. Our server was a little lost and I had to get up each time I wanted something . Still overall great food and great price compared to rest of the food is Iceland 🇮🇸.
Terrible place, dirty & expensive menu.!younger Thai(?) woman was so rude! We entered a very quiet restaurant & we both waited to be seated. When we made eye contact - we both said hello :) she ignored us then without looking at us said 'Anywhere!'. Restaurant had dirty tables with food on floors. We found a clean spot & she threw the menus on the table sideways from behind me without looking or saying anything. She was clearly stressed but all customers seemed to be waiting patiently so the only stress would be the pressure she is putting on herself. She looked very unhappy to be there. We decided to leave because I don't appreciate the bad treatment when we are wanting to spend money there. I treat people how I like to be treated but it was not returned. My husband left but I stayed by counter to explain calmly & politely we were leaving & the reason why. She didn't care & walked away from me mid sentence. Don't waste your time or money here.
We literally stumbled on to this place it was hands down some of the best food we had in Icseland. And the best Thai I ever had. I eat Thai often too. They also did a phenomenal fish and chips for my wife. Great Food and service at great prices. A real hidden gem.
Lots of options here, not just Thai food. Can get sushi, or even fish and chips. They have a buffet too, and you can get quick to-go food. Strong free WiFi. Reasonably priced. Only complaint is I wish they served refills on soda, but I'm not sure if most places do or not here. Subway down the street does.
The waiter ate fries that dropped from another customer's portion. The restaurant has a nice interior and food is server from designer bowls. My food was ok, nothing special but not bad at all.
The rest was a disaster:
Despite of my attempts, I was not able to get the waiter's attention. So I walked to the counter to pay my food. This was not in line with what the place tried to be.
When standing there, waiting to get the staff's attention so that I can pay, I saw how the waiter ate fries that had dropped from another customer's portion. Not classy at all.
At first we were nervous. Ordering Thai in Keflavik didn't quite seem the way the locals would go. The food was delicious and the service was great. Thanks for a terrific evening when it seemed that most of the restaurants were closing.
As far as what we ate, fresh fish, amazing soup, and incredibly fresh tasting Thai spices.
