A serious pizza to be fair. Great job. I'll be back again soon.

I came back two months later with a different group of people. They loved this restaurant too.

I wasn't too sure how soon I'd be back when I posted above, but I'm hoping I'll be back soon again- although I think it's hard to see when soon will be. You'd be mad not to check this place out. The staff are so accommodating too.

Everyone at the table enjoyed their meals, and we all got something a little different: one Wiener schnitzel, one cheese pizza, one spaghetti w/ meatballs, and a seafood pasta. The atmosphere is very pleasant, as you feel like you could be actually in Italy as opposed to Iceland.

One thing thoughwhich I found to be the case in the restaurants I went to in Reykjavikthe service is decent, but not what you would expect in the States when you are paying that much for a meal. I believe the lack of tipping in the Icelandic culture has something to do with it.

Really great restaurant and great service. I had the baked salmon and my husband had the pepperoni pizza, both delicious. Highly recommend a visit there.

Came here for dinner because many of the reviews pitted this restaurant as the best Itlian food in town. We ordered the Mushroom risotto and the lobster pasta. The lobster pasta was good but the risotto did not taste good. It was salty and the risotto itself wasn't cooked right. Each table should come with free bread but we only got ours after our main course came out. The cold bread tasted like it was sitting out all day. Probably won't be coming back here again.

Excellent food. The best Italian restaurant in Reykjavik. Can be a bit of a queue to get a table but that just shows how good the food is.

Quite easily My favourite restaurant! The calamari was cooked to perfection followed by a calzone which was surprisingly light and not too filling (like most I've had in the past)! Service was excellent. Highly recommended!

Surely the best Italian in Reykjavik. The bruschetta, spaghetti + meatballs and spaghetti carbonara were all fresh and delicious with fantastic use of herbs to achieve depth of flavour. Great cosy vibe, enough staff to service the whole restaurant (a problem with lots of other places in Reykjavik). Would go again if I wasn't flying out today!! The pizzas looked amazing but I didn't get to try one this time.

Runny, watery, and bland sauce. I've had frozen pasta that was more flavorful. Safe your money and go elsewhere.

The food was great, but they brought me the wrong dish (without me even saying he realised it was wrong which was good) but it meant my bf started without me. Not ideal when ur paying alot. Also, the giant candlestick holders on the table were comically big. Couldn't see my bf through it! 😂

Out of all the places we ate at on our visit to Reykjavik this was our favourite place. It was very busy so glad we had made a reservation. Staff were great and food was first class. Thank you.

One word: EXQUISITE! It was my fifth day in Reykjavik and I was tired of eating only meat and similar dishes, so I thought to give Rossopomodoro a try. I didn't expect to eat something delicious - I mean, I'm Italian, and eating Italian in Iceland? - but I absolutely had to change my mind on that. I'm not joking, I ate better meals with Rossopomodoro than several others restaurants in Italy! I suggest you to have "penne all'arrabbiata" :) In closing, I want to thank the waitress Paola for her excellent service - it was her first week here, but she was so professional!

Don't have anything with mushrooms. My wife and I did and were both ill the next day. Our friend who ate something else was fine. They obviously don't wash their vegetables well enough. The food overall is average, you don't get much and it is very very expensive. Located very centrally.
