It's OK if you like piped jazz 😬. The service was better than the product. Starting with the lack of choice of beers, none on the list were available, but ended up with a nice bottle one. We ordered a fillet steak with French fries and a fish with baked spud. This took nearly an hour, which was amazing considering its Monday evening and there were about ten people seated.
The fillet was under done, but quite nice. The French fries were more like chip shop left overs and my partner had a lovely piece of salmon with TWO HUGE baked spuds!
I can only say that it was a totally uninspiring experience. 😟

We had a delicious dinner here on our last night visiting Iceland. We came in towards the end of the night but they seated us without any fuss and prepared awesome drinks and a delicious dinner. The beef and lamb combo, the angus rib eye, grilled salmon, all delicious.

Excellent lobster soup, tasty porterhouse steak cooked to perfection. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Ambient could benefit from some improvements.

Food was good, service was good, prices were as expected. Food prices in Iceland are very high compared to other countries, especially for beef. This premium steakhouse is no exception.

The service was pretty good compared to other restaurants I visited in Iceland.

Nothing about my experience was bad, but this isn't a *MUST GO* restaurant for tourists in Iceland.

Really good food, had the 28 days ribeye. The service was good but the younger staff was quite slow. It's not the cheapest place a good steak, but recommended. Like most places in Iceland the drinks are expensive as !!!

Average dry food, terrible useless service. Don't waste your time, you will be infuriated at having to ask for everything thrice from staff who don't know what they're doing.

One of the best dining experiences of my life. The beef tenderloin melted in my mouth. We were dutifully cared for by all members of staff - at least five present, and the manager, saw us and served us at different points in the night on a busy Friday. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. I enjoyed watching the food cook over the open grill as well. Highly recommend to anyone in the area - you will not be disappointed! Hoping I have the opportunity to try the burger soon!
