Great little beer bar featuring over 20 taps of Mikkeller originals and amazing guest taps. Be prepared to spend 900-2000ISK on 8oz pours. Must visit place if you are into craft beer!

This is the place to find some of the world's best beers in Reykjavik. Most are not from Iceland, but that is the reality of the situation.

The atmosphere is cosy and casual, with bar service only.

Beer is expensive in Iceland. Plan to spend 1,200 for anything decent, anywhere. Like other locations, plan to spend a lot more at mikkeller.

The staff were brilliant at allowing my wife & I to sample pretty much the entire beer menu before settling on a local IPA.. While I went for a truly superb “Christmassy” Ale.

Rotating taps, usual good selection though less local than I would have expected. Busy on a Saturday night, so seating may be tough to get. Foreign crowd.

The pizza was ok. We are from the north east United States and know what good pizza is even if it's a bit eccentric.

We tried what they were known for (the cream cheese and potato) as well as a traditional sausage pizza and were disappointed. We have eaten at much better places in Iceland. Skip this place.

If you're looking for Icelandic craft beers, you won't find them here. While the selection is decent, you'll find mostly Scandinavian and American choices. Stone Ruination was the highlight.

Make sure to walk up to the second floor to the proper beer bar area.

I came here because it was listed in one of the Guide to Iceland blogs as a great place to get craft beer. So wrong. We walked in and there were only 3 beers on tap, and all standard sort of "Bud" brands of Iceland. Then we were ignored by the bartender for a good 15 minutes so he could hit on a tourist. Eventually, we just left.

Great place with an epic beer selection both on tap and in bottles. The barman was very generous and patient with tasters and really knew his stuff if you asked for recommendations. Went back twice, we liked it so much.

This place is awesome! Go upstairs and there is about 20 different beers on tap. The barman is great to talk to and will help you find a yummy beer with a few tastes of what is on tap.
Yes, it is expensive, but that is Iceland. The beer is well worth it!

Small place at the top of the stairs, above another bar. They offer ~20+ beers on tap with bottles and cans available for in-house consumption. They didn't have a food menu or TV's when I was there, but the service was quick. It's worth stopping in and experiencing one of the best craft beer selections in Reykjavik. Prices match what you'd expect to find in Iceland although they do offer two size draft pours, allowing you to try several of their beers.

Probably the best beer selection in Reykjavik (and maybe Iceland, for that matter), but you're going to pay for it. The prices are rather high (even for Icelandic standards), but the majority of the beers are ones you won't find elsewhere in the country. If you're looking for Icelandic beers, this isn't the place to go.

There's a restaurant on the first floor, which is an unnamed pizza place (which means no listing on Google Maps), so I'll consider it part of M&F. The pizzas were excellent with fresh and interesting ingredients, and the prices are about what you would expect in Reykjavik. You can bring beer down from M&F, but you can't take pizza up.

This is also one of the cooler buildings I visited in Iceland. The decor is very carnival like, with low, slanted ceilings and neat windows that are great for people watching down below.

I was torn between a 4 and 5 for this place, but eventually decided on a 5 after considering the draft selection and the food downstairs. I felt this outweighed the high prices on the beers.

Do not be confused because there is a restaurant on the main floor, which is NOT MIKKELLER. The spot you're looking for is on the top floor of the building. Really cool place, nice beer (huge selection) and very nice staff.

Hidden gem! The best foods with the most unusual but super tasty combinations! There's even a vegan option 😬 quirky atmosphere but very relaxed, interesting and lovely staff

Great food, surprising. Cozy atmosphere. Fantastic drink selections that will really challenge the pallet. A must visit, hint : try the garlic oil.
