Value is the word I would use here, I enjoyed a wonderful massage, getting access to the spa for about an hour beforehand. I was travelling and had forgotten my swimwear but the facility was very helpful in loaning us a pair. I felt like the amount that I paid was very reasonable.

If your staying in Reykjavik then this is a go to place! The spa is lovely and they do offer a range of massages. The relaxation room is fantastic and it has a nice open fire. If you want a bite to eat then they offer drinks and snack (although fairly expensive). They Skyr yogurt smoothies are really good!

It would be zero if I could rate them that low. To be fair, this rating is purely on their customer service. We initially reserved and PAYED for a couples massage/spa overnight for the next day, and received an email the following morning that they were over booked. Also stated they would fully refund this mistake. THEY STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED US FOR A SERVICE WE DID NOT USE. The bank is involved now. Recommend never utilizing or trusting their website or prepaying.
