Nice guesthouse with good care and attention if the owner. Like the breakfast though simple but reasonable varieties.

It is a confortable place near the ring road, the couple who runs the guesthouse are lovely and the lady does an awesome raspberry jam which with a warm waffle for breakfast is like to be in heaven. There is a hot tub and sauna, totally worth it for the price.

Such a great little BnB. Breakfast was unbelievable. The waffles really are as good as everyone says they are. The owners are such beautiful people. They helped us with any questions that we had. And the hot tub was so great despite it being freezing when we were there.

Great little place just outside of Selfoss. The guesthouse is lovely and the couple who run it are really nice. There's a small hot tub and sauna in the back for those nights you're busy trying to find the Aurora. Breakfast is decent and the owner can really. Give you some. Tips on where you go on your road trip! Their guidebook in the room is great

Lovely out of the way location but not far to Selfoss for everything you need. Owner very helpful with routes to travel and advice on where to go. Very clean and tidy. Breakfast good but not a huge selection. Hot water for tea and coffee out of hours but could do with milk. No TV in room but WiFi works ok. Looked fantastic after snowfall. Would definitely recommend if travelling in the south.

Very nice place to stay. They have private showers in the room and for the cost of the guesthouse this is a rare amendity.

Fairly basic accommodations (no TV in room, no toiletries) just outside of Selfoss. The check in consists of picking up your keys in a pouch left on the counter at the entrance. You pay the next morning upon check out. The room is pretty sparse but clean with a comfortable bed. The unit we stayed in with the private bathroom at the end of the hall had poor wifi reception. The shower doors allow water to spill onto the floor which is a bit annoying. Breakfast was good, cups of Skyr amongst the standard Icelandic guesthouse fare. This place had waffles and maple syrup though which was a nice extra.

This was one of the best hostels we stayed at while in Iceland. The couple that runs it are very kind. They go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. The breakfast is fantastic and the rooms are clean and comfortable. They even provide a booklet with different routes to explore! What a gem!

Simple, no frills clean rooms (bring own toiletries), comfy beds, good buffet breakfast and handy location off the main ring road. The cute sauna and giant hot tub add a welcome reminder that you're on holiday.

Nobody was there to welcome us. We found the key to our room inside the building in an envelop. The sockets in our room were out of power. Only the next day at breakfast the power was restored.

lovely guesthouse with cute sauna and hottube. If the weather conditions in the winter are good enough u can lay in the tube while watching the northern lights. The Location is a great place to start for several day trips for example to gullfoss, one the amazing waterfalls in the south of Iceland. The owners are really friendly, dont be shy to ask for some tips for some good locations or restaurants near to the guesthouse.
