Absolutely gorgeous guesthouse, and fantastic hosts!
Comfortable, spotlessly clean room, nice kitchen with a dining corner in it.

The hosts kindly let us check in right after our flight landed, around 10am instead of the normal 3pm - that was just a bit short of lifesaving! We are deeply grateful for these extra hours of sleep after the long, sleepless flight!

Great location, super friendly staff, Ana gave us so much valuable information. Our room was clean and had a fridge, microwave, dishes, utensils and (molto importante) - wine glasses 😁
The guest house had lots of maps & books to use in the lounge and brochures for local whale watching and museums.
The only suggestion I might make is for a small electric hot plate or pan. We ate all our breakfasts and most of our dinners there and it's a challenge to microwave fish. Small thing - it was truly great and I would recommend Bergas guest house to any traveler looking to stay in Iceland for a very reasonable price.
    I WILL BE BACK 👍👍👍😀😀😀

Was greeted by very nice staff. Small and cozy place for a good price close to the airport. Spent our last night in Iceland here, perfect!

One of the best guesthouse i've ever stayed in.. very warm welcome from the staff right at the entrance.. its huge with 20+ rooms and complete with pool rooms and relax area.. and as many people said, their beds are very very comfortable to sleep on! Wish i can take one home! definitely will come here again!

Great place to stay near the airport. The lady at reception was very friendly and the room was very big and had everything required including a fridge and our own bathroom.

The guesthouse was very clean and the staff pretty nice, but the location and the view were not pretty charming. But it's great as a place to stay near the airport.

Very noisy after 4am with people leaving the property to get to the airport. Breakfast is extremely basic. Free shuttle service from and to the airport. Good place to stay for a night if you have a connection flight. The quiet village of Keflavik is at walking distance and is worth a little visit (30 mn walk).

The owner and staff of this guesthouse were absolutely spectacular. Very helpful, kind and informational. They make your stay as hospitable as possible as well as ensuring you have everything needed for your travels such as transportation to the airport and such. Rooms were beyond expectation. Our room was very clean and was equipped with a small kitchen with basic appliances. Washers and dryers are available for a fee as well as snacks, drinks and coffee. Bonus: they have a very cute dog living on premises!

May have been a good location to see the northern lights but didn't get to see them this time round.

They have two dogs that look really old. They bark at you if you show them fear.

The cleaning staff where really nice and polite.

The road to get to the bergas is horrific. You will need a 4x4 to get over the pot holes and gravel. Forget about driving down if you have a 2wd.

They need to cement the road. Considering how much you pay, i don't recommend going with this place in the future.

It's not really near anything and there is still alot of light pollution

Nice clean and quite spacious room. King size bed and separate duvets. Kitchenette was good enough and meant we could reheat food and have breakfast in our room before heading out. Lots of power sockets. Shower was nice too.

    Staff
Really friendly and approachable, had no issues with them, they cleaned our rooms every day and made our beds! Great

    Location
It's right next to the airport so it's great for last the night in Iceland. Also only 12 minutes away drive you can see the northern lights in a near by lighthouse towards the north. Also, 20 minutes away from the blue lagoon spa.

    Room
Extremely Comfortable beds, good size for a couple. I'm 6"2 and i can fit on this bed fine with my wife!
No TV and depending on what room you get you might not get a great view.
The room has a full kitchenette, with microwave, fridge, sink, coffee maker and even washing up liquid provided for free.

    Pool and snooker table
Nice addition is a pool table downstairs so you can keep yourself entertained.

    Food
There is food provided on the location for breakfast at a price but if you want a snack or a hot drink they have it available to you at a decent price. Otherwise there is a super market 10 minutes walk down the road called Bonus, you can get most groceries there.

This is a great place to stay close to the Blue Lagoon!

    Accommodations: 4/5
    Service: 5/5

The rooms were wonderful and the bed was very comfy! The rooms aren't huge, but it was enough to accommodate everyone in our group. Everyone was wonderful and very friendly! We really enjoyed our stay here :)
