I loved Hotel Jazz. Simple, comfortable, immaculately clean. Having a personalised airport shuttle to and from was great, and I appreciated having an early breakfast set out so I could eat before leaving at 5am. The bed was comfy and the great shower was a pleasant surprise. Also easy walking distance to a number of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Would stay here any time I'm coming through Iceland.

Beds were a bit firm. Room was very nice and clean. They provided an airport ride at 5am (however it was extra to get a shuttle to pick us up after dropping off our rental car). Simple breakfast in the morning. Staff was friendly enough.

Beautiful hotel! We loved staying here. The room was really nice, quiet, spacious and very clean, spotless. Very generously equipped. Breakfast was great as well, Fresh and tasty. The manager is so kind, friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend staying at this lovely hotel, especially if you want to visit the Blue lagoon or be close to the airport (there is also a shuttle service in the hotel)

Great experience, friendly staff explained everything you could need. The rooms where clean and made up. The breakfast was from 04 in the morning, so great for flyers!
The hotel itself doesn’t have a restaurant, but because it’s next to the main street it is not problem to find a nice place to eat, just a few hundred meters of walking. -

Very nice and comfortable hotel with very nice rooms and great staff!
They can set you up with everything and give you good information about the surrounding area.
Next to the airport but no noise! -

Perfect location, close to the harbor, car rental, and airport. The early morning breakfast and airport shuttle service we're just what we needed for a stress-free night before travel. Great service and lovely music theme.

A superb Hotel, with excellent hospitality service from it's management and just behind the Atlantic Ocean. A scenic and a very special Hotel to be into, with a superb spread of Breakfast and a musical indulgence and experience.

I was skeptical as first as I wasn't sure about the location of this hotel but it was perfect ! It's close to airport, blue lagoon... it was easy to travel to reijvik, so the golden circle and go to the south east coast !
As for the hotel, the staff was so nice. My flight arrived a little too early and they let me check in at 7 am for just a little fee.. they were very accommodating. Breakfast is very good selection. Hotel is highly recommended! -

Modern, clean and quiet. Karolina was very helpful. She shuttled us from and to the airport. Good breakfast with assorted items was included with our stay. I would gladly recommend Hotel Jazz.

Jazz has a pretty comfy atmosphere for the guest, there are areas it could improve but we felt like our stay was very much like a airbnb or home besides our private room. The reception is friendly in general and will chat with you if you initiate, otherwise letting you go to you room to do your thing. The elevator is a bit slow considering it only has to go to two floors. Some of the lights in the hallway flicker a lot as well making it seem a little worn down. Room condition was fairly good, shower was lacking shower gel I believe, but there was shampoo. The towels took us a little to find because they stashed them up towards the top rack. There's a mini fridge (no freezer compartment, we found that most of the hotels

Clean comfortable and cozy rooms awesome breakfast amazing service,also close to the airport i definitely recommend staying here. Iceland is a Beautiful vacation spot. Only spent a weekend but well worth it. 15 stars

Conviently located near the airport and very affordable. The rooms were clean with a smart TV but otherwise very basic.

Really clean hotel and very close to the airport. Perfect for booking here the last day before flying out. There is small parking lot/area in front of the hotel, and if it is all full for some reason there is plenty of parking on the side of the street.
Complimentary breakfast was great (it starts at 4:30AM for early flyers) and the staff was very friendly. -

This place is awesome! I had a 15 hour layover in Keflavik (Iceland airport) and I didn't want to spent it in the airport. This hotel has a shuttle that picked me up, they provided breakfast early when I had to leave at 4:30 am, and drove me back to the airport. It's really close to the airport and near Main Street and the sea so you can walk around, get something to eat. The room was great. The bed is comfortable and the duvet is fluffy. There's a smart TV and nice bathroom with a big shower head. It is a really great value and a very nice place!

Very clean. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Used it as a transfer hotel. Only minus was the periodic lack of warm shower water. Would recommend to anyone.

Well run hotel with excellent hosts. Chose this hotel because of proximity to Keflavik airport, since we had to depart at 6am. On arrival, we called the hotel for pickup and they were there in 10 minutes, and when we had to leave they gave us a wakeup call, a breakfast was waiting for us even though it was not yet 4am, and they cheerfully drove us to the airport. The room was clean and bright with a great shower and good service. The staff were all very friendly and cheerful and the breakfasts were excellent.

Don't judge a book by it cover! Place looks a tad scary when pull up, but very nice once walk around to reception. Newer small Hotel with bed-and-breakfast feel. Staff go out of their way to make this place feel like a home away from home and are very helpful giving directions and guidance. Located just down from the Main Street, you can see the ocean from the backside of the hotel and reception entrance. I'm giving four stars because if reviewing for AAA it would be a four star location! I would come back, new hotel and hopefully they keep up on the maintenance because materials though look wonderful and very nice today, are not top-of-the-line and will wear out quickly.

Breakfast is plentiful and they can not do enough to please you!
