The Italian kitchen does not fare well this close to the Arctic Circle. Price does not match quality and portion size here. Garlic bread was to pieces of bread with cheese. And the bolognese was way too salty and left me hungry.

I had dinner there 2 nights while staying in Akureyri. The staff were polite, our food was well made and tasted great. It was also only a short walk from my hotel.

We were able to eat here as a group of 8 relatively last minute with no reservation. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was lovely.

went there on a busy Saturday night.
+got a Table without reservation
+seafood spaghetti was good
+lobster soup was good
+Lamb was good(side dish was disappointing, 1 small piece of broccoli and cauliflower and some overly salted hash browns.)
- service was slow, forgetful and it took over 45min to get some food
