Super helpful and responsive - also during the Lockdown time when travel was unsure - Always to the point feedback and great choices for the accommodation of our 10 day self drive trip. Only can highly recommend

I traveled with this agency for a week and as for the rather bad guide, he did not speak Spanish well nor was he interested in trying hard, he did not accompany us to see the volcanoes once because he did not even know where to go, the unfortunate thing is that one It does not return. What we asked was going to Google and said so for that I do not need a guide. I had asked my travel agency to upgrade some hotels (which I had previously paid for) that were never performed except one. That I will fix with my agency but iceland tour should have given it to me.

I had a great trip. We did a lot in 6 days. I really feel as if I saw Iceland. However, I would have to say that I was not happy with the service I received from their central office. I received the packing list on my flight to Iceland. I told them that it was a little too late. But I did get the transfer voucher. Although it would have been nice to receive it in time to print it out. It all worked out but I didn't get the transfer voucher back to the airport and am still waiting for it. The trip was great. Our guide and driver were superb. The office people are a little out of it.
