Astonishing hotel in the middle of the woods! It has everything and the staff is among the most welcoming I've ever experienced! Ask them about the best restaurants around ;-)

Super nice staff, nice and clean rooms (fairly basic). Also they include a pretty tasty spread of a breakfast. About six minutes away from town, and easy to find.

Slightly older facilities in the building off to the side. The bathroom and setting is reminiscent of a nice/clean cabin. The owner and staff are very nice.

Great rooms, full equipped and staff friendly. Lovely cottages! The prices of the restaurant are a bit high and the food was just ok.

We went there only for dinner. It was excellent, the staff was very friendly and the meal (lamb and cod) tasted delicious. There was a salad buffet with stuff from an organic farm nearby. The dessert coffee was included within the price of the main course. We also got a special entertainment :). Would definately come back again.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful place just outside of town with a beautiful view of town and the surrounding area.
Very helpful staff. Rooms are very clean and tidy and very well maintained. We stayed at the msin building where everything is new. There's a restaurant with very good food. We checked in late and could still have dinner.
We really enjoyed our stay here.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Wifi was non existent in our room and spotty at best in the lounge area.

We loved staying here! The hotel was very quiet and the family that owns it was extremely kind and accommodating! There is free breakfast and wi-fi included. We got stranded in the area during the Easter snowstorm and they were happy to give us some tips on how to be safe while driving. Would recommend staying here if you visit East Iceland!

Very clean and friendly. We were shown to our room which was nice.
Breakfast was nice and the staff very polite.
