One of many small geothermal pools in the Westfjords. Not particularly interesting but offers a quiet moment in a warm water with a view.

It's marked wrong on the map, but so worth trying to find! A small and secluded hot spring where you don't have to pay to get in, and where you don't feel like you are at a hotel.

Great hot pot! Actually stumbled upon it while driving, I saw a blue hot pot sign so I turned down the road. Cost was 700 ISK a person, however I believe they close at 9 and locals have seen people in it past closing hours which would then make it free. Only downfall was the cost of it.

I second what a reviewer before me has said, google has placed Hellulaug in the wrong area. If you go further inside the fjord and past the hotel you will see a sign and a parking space where you will find the actual hot spring. There is nothing in this area where it is marked and it is dangerous to stop cars here and go searching.
