Gray Line is definitely the biggest coach business in Iceland. They probably started right from the beginning, and has the biggest fleet of large coaches. They tend to collect the guests from various hotels in smaller vans, and then amalgamate them whenever possible onto a bigger coach going on the same journey. Large coaches tend to be safer than smaller vans that can take about 10 people. That`s my opinion, but once the group differs somewhat about how to best end their journey, the smaller vans are more efficient at resolving all the issues.
