A very professional tour company that offer a massive range of tours at a reasonable price. All the staff both on the coaches and in the terminal were very helpful and provides a great service every time.

Would definitely book with them again.

It serves it's purpose but could be a bit more organized in terms of where to stand for which bus. Staff seemed a tiny bit confused especially since you wait outside in an active lot after going through the building. There is a little place to eat which I didn't have the chance to try myself. There also appears to be some luggage self storage while you eat/wait. Functions but needs improvement.

They have queues but they assist well. It is easy to get there as well as move around. They have storage for luggage. Nice place.

Grey Line looked after all our trips during our stay we did 5 in total. They were all very enjoyable and gave us plenty of time at each stop. Guides were very knowledgeable and good spirits.

Nice transport to the airport but a bit misleading. On the site it says they will pick you up from your hotel or apartment and if its not on the list, you can send them instructions AFTER you book and they will pick you up from there. AFTER I booked, I gave my address which is along the way and very close (but not if youre walking with suitcases) to the main bus station where they depart from. They informed me that they do not pick up from my location and if its not on the list I need to go to the main station. So I had to take a taxi to the station even though they offer 'pick up from your address

I had 4 tours with Grayline, and all guides were great. Especially the Game of Thrones one, Theo. Some were very straight faced, but filled with facts to tell you about. Considering everything here is insanely expensive, I felt these tours weren't too over-priced. Had a great trip. My wallet is traumatized though.

Used them for many of our tours. Had good guides and would use them again for that purpose. Rating of three stars was for the chaos when departing to airport. There should have been more hands on direction and guidance rather than the free for all, fend for yourself chaos it turned into.

Efficient to say the least, grey line is a safe touring coach company driving from the airport to your hotel and using the small mini buses to ' transfer' however, out on the excursions, grand tour and into the hinterland, sadly we found the tour guides and drivers full of bravado and reckless. We did not feel safe! I do not know which company was carrying the Chinese tourists earlier this week which lead to a horrific crash but feel this industry needs to take a good look at itself!

I got to the Gray Lines terminal by accident and recognized that I'm at the wrong place too late. Gray Lines organized a minibus that brought me to the right terminal for free. Great service!

Tour company is responsible and really does want to fulfill its service contract. We did not experience any delays and their guides were very entertaining or informative and made the trips enjoyable. Booking the second try for the northern lights (since none were seen on the first night, even after they continued driving to multiple places for hours to see try to see them) was not a hassle or a pain. Their airport transport was also on time and confortable.

Staff at the terminal all speak English well and are very friendly and serviceable.

We did 3 different tours with Gray Line, and it was a wonderful experience. They also did our transports from the airport to Reykjavik and back. It was a great time, and friendly drivers! Would definitely use them again when we come back!

Did a northern lights tour with these guys. No luck but you could use your ticket for two years until you sight one. I lost my charger in the bus and collected it from the lost and found the next day. The guide on the tour was extremely knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. They make a stop at a cafe/restaurant where you pay absolutely ridiculous prices for coffee/waffles (even by Icelandic standards) but guess it’s a “tourist thing”

Quick and easy to get your tickets or enquire about a day trip or transfer. Very polite staff and clean building. Grocery store next door so you can pick up food for your trip conveniently

Gray line is very nice way to visit reykjavik from KEF airport. They will pick you up and start from the bust terminal. Good service.

No matter how windy and rainy it is outside, on your journey, the terminus is definitely a restful place to stop, unload or unwind. This place was really roomy when I arrived. It is a decent place to have some coffee, go to the restroom etc., or sit at the diner until you need to leave.

People were nice here and called us a taxi to our Airbnb which was helpful because we couldn't use our cell phones. This is the central location for many tours in Reykjavik. Free public restroom here is good. However, I wish there were more food options in the area - it's kind of in the middle of nowhere.

Although the tickets were somewhat cheaper than competition, I didn't quite like the level of friendliness of the personnel, neither in the office nor in the bus. I felt the people that provided service to us were nowhere near friendly or nice, which in all other places in Iceland is a standard. The bus was new and nice. The driver, unlike most of the Icelandic bus drivers, was driving safe and not like a maniac.

A great service. Works perfectly. I requested a last minute tour from my hotel, they booked me in, I paid at the terminal and a few hours later I was in Vik looking at a black sand beach eating lamb soup! The tour guides were very informative and helpful. A nice lady from Switzerland brought us on the south coast and waterfalls tour. The golden circle tour guide was great too, I'm so sorry for both guides that I can't remember their names! I'll be back to Iceland again and when I return, I'll use Gray Line.

I only used their service to the airport. They go early, which is great for those super early flights out. Their web site is not at all clear about how it works, so down a star, but luckily through reviews and talking to a friend I figured it out. The time you pick is when the bus leaves their main terminal, out of town. Starting 30 minutes before then, small buses crisscross the city picking people up to eat them to the main terminal, hence the additional cost for that service. So you need to be ready and waiting outside your chosen pickup spot 30 minutes before. I was picked up 5 minutes into that window and there were already people on the bus. We made another two pickups and got to the personal by about 21 minutes into the window. We went inside, gave our names, and got receipts that served as tickets, while he small bus driver moved our bags to the big bus. The staff were all friendly, despite the early hour. It's not cheap, but they don't gouge as badly as they maybe could.

Great tour guides, friendly and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile for their customers. A few people missed our bus so grayline sent them off to catch us up in one of their company cars, was most impressed. Modern, comfortable buses

If you are taking the airport shuttle or a greyline tour odds are you will end up here. they use this as their central point to drop you off. its a clean location and they usually have plenty of people working the counter to make sure the line (if there is one) moves quickly.
